At Theo&Frida, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is pleasant. Please review our return policy to ensure a smooth process.

Return Period:

Returns must be requested in writing via email to theoundfrida@gmail.com with the subject "Return" within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please include the order number and purchase date.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. The completed return form must be included in the package.

Condition of Returned Goods:

Refunds are granted only for items in a condition that is necessary for trying them on. Items must be in unused, new condition to be eligible for a refund. Please ensure that the returned items are in their original packaging and with all tags attached. Items that have been worn beyond what is necessary for trying them on are excluded from refunds.

Refund Process:

The returned goods must be received by Theo&Frida no later than 21 days after receipt of the goods for a refund. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the buyer will be informed about the decision regarding the refund. The refund will be initiated within 7 working days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom Made Goods (handmade custom wear):

Custom-made items from the "handmade custom wear" category are only refundable if they have defects due to production errors. If such defects are present and proven after a successful return, we will arrange for the product to be sent again at our expense. Return shipping costs for items from this category that do not have proven production errors are borne by the customer.
